Do I need a referral?

Yes. A referral from a treating provider is required before scheduling services. Referrals may be faxed to (276) 880-0036.

What insurance do you accept?

We are in-network with Anthem / BCBS, Anthem HealthKeepers, Aetna and Aetna Better Health of VA, Cigna / 90 Degree Benefits, United Healthcare (including Medicaid), Sentara, and Humana Medicaid. Coverage varies by plan.

What ages do you work with?

Counseling services are available for children ages 7 and older, teens, adults, couples, and families. EMDR therapy is also available for ages 7 and older.

Do you offer medication management?

Yes. Psychiatric medication management is available through April Colley, FNP-BC, PMHNP. Learn more →
