Do I need a referral?

Yes. A referral from a treating provider is required before scheduling services.

How long does it take to receive a callback?

Because our providers personally manage phone calls while also seeing clients, callbacks may take approximately 2–3 business days.

What ages do you work with?

Counseling services are available for children ages 7 and older, teens, adults, couples, and families.

Do you provide EMDR therapy?

Yes. EMDR therapy is available for adults, teens, and children ages 7 and older. Learn more →

Do you offer medication management?

Yes. Psychiatric medication management services are available through April Colley, FNP-BC, PMHNP. Learn more →

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Telehealth appointments may be available depending on provider availability and clinical appropriateness. Clients must be physically located in Virginia at the time of the appointment. Learn more →

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments canceled without at least 24 hours' notice may incur a missed appointment fee.

Do you accept walk-ins?

To protect client privacy and provider schedules, we do not accommodate walk-ins or unscheduled consultations.

In a mental health emergency:
