St. Paul sits where the Wise and Russell county lines meet, with Dickenson County just to the north, along the Clinch River. The town has become one of Southwest Virginia’s outdoor-recreation hubs, with the Spearhead Trails system and Sugar Hill Loop drawing hikers, ATV riders, and mountain bikers, and the river itself drawing kayakers, anglers, and the Clinch River Sojourn paddle festival each summer. The Western Front Hotel anchors the small downtown, sitting between the rail line and the riverbank in a building that has been carefully restored.

From St. Paul, both of our Lebanon offices are generally a thirty to thirty-five minute drive east on Route 58 (with the route easing through Castlewood along the way). The Pioneer Drive Office, on the north side of Lebanon, is home to our counseling team and offers EMDR therapy for trauma, anxiety, and difficult memories in adults, teens, and children ages 7 and older. The East Main Office houses psychiatric medication management with April Colley, FNP-BC, PMHNP, along with GeneSight® pharmacogenetic testing and Spravato® treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression. Because St. Paul sits near where three county lines meet, our team regularly works with families coming in from Coeburn, Dante, Cleveland, and the smaller communities along the river.

If the weather turns or the drive feels like one obligation too many in a hard week, telehealth is a good fallback. Established clients can meet with their provider by secure video from home or any private space in Virginia, which makes it easier to keep weekly therapy or monthly medication check-ins consistent over time.
