None of them are used to collect protected health information, and protected health information should never be sent through this website. Authenticated communication with your provider belongs in the SimplePractice patient portal at pioneer.clientsecure.me.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4): we use GA4 to see anonymized, aggregated information about how visitors find and move through the site (for example, which pages are most read and which links are clicked). This helps us improve the site over time. If you would prefer not to be measured, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
Netlify Forms: our website is hosted on Netlify, and any form you submit (for example, a callback request) is processed and stored briefly by Netlify before it reaches us. Netlify is not a HIPAA business associate of the practice, which is why our forms are limited to basic contact information. Please do not include medical, mental health, or other sensitive details in a website form; use the patient portal instead.
