Born and raised in the calm, picturesque mountains of Southwest Virginia, Cindy is a proud alumna of Lindsey Wilson College’s School of Professional Counseling. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Education in Human Development, specializing in Mental Health, between 2008 and 2010.
With a career in mental health that began in 2006, Cindy brings extensive experience across a variety of settings including psychiatric inpatient care, schools, crisis intervention, corrections, intensive in-home services, group homes, and counselor supervision.
Cindy works with children ages 10 and older, teens, and adults.

Travis Davis is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in the mental health field since 2007. He earned his M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College in 2010.
Travis has extensive experience in mental health leadership, including serving as director of an alternative school mental health facility and co-founding Pioneer Counseling Center in 2016.

April Colley is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over 20 years of healthcare experience, including more than 12 years as a nurse practitioner.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from King College in Bristol, Tennessee, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Mountain State University. She later completed her postgraduate degree in Psychiatric Mental Health at Bluefield University in Virginia.
